Because our luxury products are specially sourced from international designer shops, each item represents a significant investment and careful curation. Our return policy is designed to protect the integrity and authenticity of these premium goods.

Return Conditions

Time Limit

You must notify us of your intention to return within 1 hour of receiving your delivery. For example, if delivery is received at 2:00 PM, the return request deadline is 3:00 PM.

Product Condition Requirements

Products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • • Original seals, wrapping, and packaging completely intact
  • • Product must not have been worn, used, or tested
  • • All accessories, tags, certificates, boxes, and documentation included
  • • No scratches, marks, or signs of handling

Valid Return Reasons

  • • Manufacturing defects
  • • Damaged during shipping
  • • Wrong item received
  • • Product not as described

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • • Packaging has been opened or seals broken
  • • Return requested more than 1 hour after delivery

How to Request a Return

Contact us immediately within 1 hour of delivery at +960 777-7311 or email returns@mrpremiumbrands.com. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will verify the product condition and packaging, then arrange pickup and process your refund.

Refund Process

Pickup will be arranged within 24 hours of approval. After inspection (1-2 business days), refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

If the product has been opened or shows any signs of use, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to product availability. The same conditions apply: requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery, and products must be unopened and in original condition. Due to the limited availability of luxury items sourced from international designer shops, exchanges may not always be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 1 hour of delivery at +960 777-7311. Do not open the product if you notice external damage to the packaging. Take clear photos and contact our customer service. We will arrange for pickup and replacement or full refund.

All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
